2023 - Tri My Best

Tri My Best Adaptive Triathlon 2024: September 8

St. Louis Children's Hospital's Tri My Best, hosted at Washington University, is an adaptive triathlon for children with motor disabilities. Athletes train throughout the year and complete versions of the swim, bike and run tailored to each athlete's mobility level. Tri My Best is designed to give the athlete a reason to train and stay active throughout the year by promoting physical fitness and endurance outside of the hospital walls and providing an experience they wouldn't otherwise have.

Meet some of the Tri My Best 2023 participants!

Participants have the option to create a fundraising page to help support cerebral palsy programming. Utilized by many of our participants, these programs are designed to promote the integration of young people with cerebral palsy and related disabilities into sports activities.

If you are a participant and want to fundraise, click here to create your page. For help with creating your page, contact Hannah Brenton at Hannah.Brenton@bjc.org or 314.286.1270.
